However, the luxury suite I booked did not meet my expectations in terms of space and amenities, which was disappointing. The location is a bit far from the main attractions in Bansko, requiring a shuttle to get to the ski lifts or town.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, though some features are showing signs of age. The dining options are diverse and delicious, making it easy to find something enjoyable for every meal.
